Fran O’Leary

Fran is one of the co-founders of Lodestone Communications – set up in 2012 to disrupt the public affairs sector. From humble beginnings, Lodestone is now listed in the top 15 agencies in the UK, and was shortlisted as Consultancy of the Year at the PRCA public affairs awards 2018.

Her leadership has helped the agency to achieve a 90% client retention rate, over 40% growth, expand current client relationships into new business opportunities and launch new, innovative political risk products. Fran is one of the only women to have founded and now be leading an agency in the UK. She leads National campaigns across a range of sectors including tech, Higher Education and food.
